Important Information Before Your Appointment

Before your appointment, we recommend reviewing the information below to better understand the referral, insurance and documentation processes that may apply to your visit.

01

Referrals

If you’ve been referred by your primary care physician or another specialist, please bring your referral letter to your appointment. Some insurance plans, corporate healthcare panels and government subsidy schemes also require a referral before you can see a specialist. If you’re unsure whether one is needed, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to guide you before your visit.

02

Insurance Coverage

Insurance benefits differ between providers and individual policies. Certain services may require prior authorisation before claims can be processed. We recommend confirming your coverage with your insurer before your appointment to avoid unexpected delays.

03

Medical Reports and Supporting Documentation

If you require medical reports or supporting documentation for insurance claims, employers or other healthcare providers, these can be arranged upon request. As preparation times vary depending on the type of report, we encourage you to let us know in advance whenever possible.

04

Coordinating Your Care

Many patients are referred to us as part of their ongoing healthcare journey. Where appropriate, Dr Anindita communicates with your existing healthcare providers to ensure relevant information is shared, supporting continuity of care and a more coordinated approach to your treatment.
